Is the Monroe Cook Out on US-74 or the Monroe Expressway?

The Monroe Cook Out is on US-74 (Roosevelt Boulevard), the older road through town, not on the Monroe Expressway. If you are on the toll expressway, exit and drive into Monroe to reach it.
